I’m a twenty-something wedding photographer in Texas who photographs couples who are ready to celebrate their marriage. Building my business has been one hell of a ride, so grab a cup of coffee (or some wine - no judgement here) and join me for my life behind the lens.
Like most little girls, I dreamed about my wedding day for as long as I can remember. I knew what I wanted for nearly every detail – a soft blue pallet, an elegant location, and a gorgeous and loving man to promise forever to. When Andrew and I got engaged, I realized that my dream was about to become a reality. What I didn’t realize though, was that my wedding day would be way better than I had ever dreamed it could be.
Every detail of our day was perfect. My dress from Sposa Bella fit perfectly, Celissa Rae made me and my girls feel flawless, and my florals from Eden’s Echo were literally my Pinterest board in real life. Kendall Plantation was the perfect backdrop to our day, 5150 Productions made sure the music was completely on-point, and our food and cake from Heavenly Gourmet and Creations Cakes was delicious. Our officiant Christobel made us smile and laugh and Kelsea from Touch of Whimsy made sure that every single thing was going according to plan. Andrew and I shared some of the most intimate and emotional moments of our lives, and our dear friends from Ragan Patterson Studios and Chandra’s Collection were there to capture every laugh, tear, and kiss. Most importantly though, Andrew and I were surrounded by the most loving and supportive friends and family who celebrated our day with us. We couldn’t have had a better first day as husband and wife.
On February 10th, 1957, my grandparents promised their lives to each other. In my grandfather’s wedding band, the words “All my love, All my life” are faintly etched into the gold ring. 60 years later, that ring still has those words inscribed, and 60 years and 1 day after their wedding day, Andrew and I promised to carry on a legacy that they started.
You are my best friend for life.
I pledge to honor, encourage, and support you through our walk together.
When our way becomes difficult, I promise to stand by you and uplift you,
so that through our union we can accomplish more than we could alone.
I promise to work at our love and always make you a priority in my life.
With every beat of my heart, I will love you.
All my love, all my life.
Andrew and I cannot thank our friends, family and vendors enough. We love every single one of you.
