I’m a twenty-something wedding photographer in Texas who photographs couples who are ready to celebrate their marriage. Building my business has been one hell of a ride, so grab a cup of coffee (or some wine - no judgement here) and join me for my life behind the lens.
If you’ve been following the blog for a little while, you probably know that Cibolo Nature Center is one of my favorite locations for a photo session in the San Antonio area. No matter how many times I shoot there, it looks different every time. Sometimes the grass in the field is tall and a beautiful golden color and other times it is lush and green. Sometimes the creek is flowing full of water and other times you can walk straight across. We don’t get much “seasons” in Texas, but I feel like I do when I’m here! Jennifer and Anthony traveled all the way to San Antonio from their home in Dallas for their engagement session at this awesome park, but this time we did something I’ve never done here before: a sunrise session.
Even though getting up super early isn’t the easiest thing, I am a huge fan of sunrise sessions. Not only is it peaceful and calm, but the sun is softer than it is at sunset. I am so happy that Jennifer and Anthony trusted me and woke up super early for their session. That golden light was as dreamy as it could be! Also, light aside, don’t these two look amazing?! I can’t forget to mention their sweet pup too! This handsome little guy definitely stole the show!
I can’t wait for Jennifer and Anthony’s big day in the spring! Their wedding at Kendall Plantation is going to be amazing! In the meantime, I hope you love some of my favorites from their engagement session at Cibolo Nature Center!
