I’m a twenty-something wedding photographer in Texas who photographs couples who are ready to celebrate their marriage. Building my business has been one hell of a ride, so grab a cup of coffee (or some wine - no judgement here) and join me for my life behind the lens.
Let’s be honest, I love a beautiful wedding with beautiful details. When I was planning my own wedding, I was so worried about every little part of my perfect day. There was a point though where I was so consumed by the little details that I lost sight of what mattered most – my future husband. Rain or shine, florals or no florals, I was going to marry the love of my life. Like I did, I’ve seen many other brides get lost in the crazy of planning a wedding (side note – a wedding planner is WORTH EVERY PENNY). For Allanah and Drew, those little details didn’t matter to them. They had each other, and that is all that mattered. I love that SO much!
When Allanah and Drew got married, they didn’t have a professional photographer to document the ceremony. Now that they are husband and wife, they wanted to document this fun time in their lives. We chose to do their anniversary session at The Pearl and it was the perfect place to capture this bubbly couple!
Allanah and Drew are my people, y’all. There was not a moment that went by that I didn’t have a smile on my face. We had so much fun exploring The Pearl, taking photos and telling stories. We had so much fun that it barely felt like I was working. As if the world isn’t small enough, we found out that we shared a mutual friend through my Crossfit gym!
Thank you Allanah & Drew for asking me to capture these for you. Next time you are both in town, let’s get margaritas!
