I’m a twenty-something wedding photographer in Texas who photographs couples who are ready to celebrate their marriage. Building my business has been one hell of a ride, so grab a cup of coffee (or some wine - no judgement here) and join me for my life behind the lens.
Gosh, I can’t believe their big day is here – two of my favorite people are getting married this weekend! Jeremy and Sari will be saying “I Do” in just ONE day! So to celebrate, I thought I’d share some favorites from their engagement session at The Pearl in San Antonio!
I met Jeremy almost four years ago when I started my IT job at USAA. We have worked on the same team and played many intramural sports together over the last few years, and I remember when he first told me about a girl he’d met named Sari. Jeremy and I were working on a project together at the time, and he’d tell me about the hiking adventures they were planning on and their coffee dates at 8PM (she was working night shift at the hospital at the time). Andrew and I finally had a chance to meet Sari at dinner one night, and right away it was so obvious to me how perfect they were for each other.
Flash forward to today, and here I sit, cleaning, charging and packing in prep for their big day this weekend. It’s always special to capture a couple as they get ready to start their journey as husband and wife. However, its even more special when they are close friends of yours.
Jeremy and Sari, I am so honored to be a small part of this exciting time in your life. I can’t wait to celebrate with you this weekend!
