I love photographing the whole part of your journey as a couple - proposals, engagements, bridals, boudoir, anniversary sessions, and of course, weddings. My mission is to provide you with a fun and enjoyable experience, from the day that we meet, to far beyond your wedding day. I know how precious and meaningful these photos are to you and your family, so it is my mission to capture authentic moments that you can relive for the rest of your lives. I love my job and the fact that I am invited to be a part of the best day of your lives! I love celebrating with you, and trust me when I say, you will see me out on that dance floor with you!

I am bubbly with a touch of sass, and I always have a smile on my face. I will be your cheerleader and help you pull pranks on your husband. I will teach you the moves to Footloose and rap Lizzo with you on the dance floor. I will talk Fantasy Football and Call of Duty with the guys, and wrangle rowdy groomsmen. I will hug your Grandma and listen to her stories. But most importantly, I will make sure you have the best day of your life and I'll make sure I get your good side while you do!
If you're looking for a photographer who is low key, quiet, and hands-off, I'm not your girl. But if you're looking for an fun experience with your photographer and soon-to-be new friend, I just might be the right fit for you!

Let's Chat
Before we get any further, let's schedule a consultation! This is our chance to get to know each other better, hear all about your wedding dream, and see if I'm the best fit for your day. That's what matters the most!

Make It Official
If we decide we are a good fit, a signed contract and paid retainer is all you need to lock in your day! Your date is not reserved until this point and I accept a limited number of weddings, so don't delay on this step!

Your package comes with one session and you can choose from an Engagement Session, Bridal Session, Boudoir Session or Anniversary Session! Most couples choose to add on an additional session as well!

pre-wedding details
About a month before your wedding, I will reach out to you to talk about the logistics and details for your day! This helps my team and I prepare for your big day, prep your family formal lists, and more!

GET MARRIED!!!
IT'S GO TIME! On your big day, your job is to have the best day ever and to SOAK IT UP! My team and I will be there to capture it all and to celebrate with you! I'll see you on the dance floor!

Sneak peeks!
I want you to have photos to share as soon as possible, so keep an eye on your email and social media for sneak peeks of your day! These sneak peeks will be delivered to you within one week of the wedding!

Gallery Delivery
About 4-6 weeks after your big day, you will receive your full gallery! Most wedding galleries include about 1200 photos - thats a ton of photos! You can download, share and print these photos straight from your gallery!

Album Design
If you purchased an album, we will begin the album design process! I will walk you through the process of choosing your album cover and your favorite photos, and we will design the album together!

I never shoot without one of my trusty second shooters! This ensures a moment is never missed and that another camera is focused on those in-between moments!
Second Shooter
There's no reason to stress about how much coverage you need - my team and I will be there as long as we need to be! On a typical wedding day, this is 9-10 hours of coverage!
ALL DAY COVERAGE
The Print Release allows you to download, share and print your photos with general limitations. You can print them on your own, or order through our professional lab!

In addition to your online gallery, a Keepsake Box & USB will be sent to you after your big day! This USB will include all edited photos from your wedding & sessions!

*Most couples require 9 or 10 hours on their day. Coverage begins 1 hour before the bride is done getting ready and ends 1 hour after your last reception event or the grand exit, whichever comes first . All day coverage cannot exceed 12 hours.
All wedding packages, sessions and products are subject to sales tax and are subject to change
A retainer (33.3% of the total) and a signed contract is required to book wedding services. The second 33.3% is due 6 months before the wedding date and full payment is required 30 days prior to the wedding date.
Online galleries will be password protected and available for one year after the delivery date.

I typically deliver about 800-1200 photos for a wedding and about 125 for each session.
How Many images will I get?
Speaking my love language here! Yes, absolutely. Not only do we have backup gear on hand at your wedding, but we also shoot on multiple cards and back them up on site. Once I get home, your photos are backed up into multiple locations, including a cloud back up! In case you missed it, I'm a former software engineer, and I have a whole business dedicated to teaching other creatives how to use their technology. Do you have back up gear? Are our photos safe?
Yes, of course! I just ask that you do not edit or use any filters on the photos, and always credit your vendors if possible!!
can i post My photos online?
OH YES! While shooting 30 weddings a year, I've seen my share of the great and not-so-great vendors in our area. I keep an up-to-date vendor list that will help you create your vendor A-Team for your big day!
do you have vendor recommendataions?
When we meet for your consultation, I will walk you through what a photo timeline would look like for your wedding day. This will outline how long I need for certain aspects of your day, when your hair and makeup needs to be done, and when your recommended ceremony time is based on the light!
How Much time do we need for photos?
All of our second shooters are seasoned professionals in our area! I have about 5 second shooters that I rotate through depending on their availability. I should have your second shooter locked in about 4 weeks before your big day!
Who will be my second shooter?
I average about 25-30 wedding per year! However, we will be accepting about 20 a year starting in 2021. I do not accept more than one wedding a weekend, and I book up to 18 months in advance!
How many weddings do you accept each year?
For portrait sessions, you will receive your photos in 2-3 weeks and for weddings, you will receive your photos in 4-6 weeks! You will also get some sneak peek photos from your wedding about one week after the big day!

First of all, my husband and I are not the most comfortable couple in front of a camera, but let me tell you, you could not tell by looking at the photos! Dawn has the gift of making you feel comfortable and like you've been in front of a camera your whole life!!
