I’m a twenty-something wedding photographer in Texas who photographs couples who are ready to celebrate their marriage. Building my business has been one hell of a ride, so grab a cup of coffee (or some wine - no judgement here) and join me for my life behind the lens.
I love living in the San Antonio area. It is so beautiful, there is so much to do, and there are so many places to take photos! Today I’m sharing my favorite places to take Engagement Photos in San Antonio. I hope this list helps you find the perfect spot for these special photos!

When I have a couple who is looking for something fun, but they also like the outdoor feel, this is my go-to! The Pearl provides a unique mix of scenery while also being easy to access (hey free parking!). I typically begin my sessions down by the river at La Gloria, then work my way up to the center of the Pearl near the Pearl Stables and the grassy area.

The McNay is a beautiful gem in the heart of Alamo Heights. This is my go-to location when my clients are looking for something with a classic feel, but still feels like San Antonio! Between the sun drenched fountains, the classic pillars and the sculptures, the McNay has such a fun vibe. In addition to the gorgeous grounds, you can schedule your session to take place in the courtyard – my favorite spot at the McNay!

It’s no secret that Cibolo Nature Center is my favorite spot to shoot at! This location looks phenomenal in every season! In the summer the grass is green and breezy. In the winter, it glows in the golden light! Cibolo Nature Center has it all – tall trees, rustic fences, a beautiful river, and a dreamy field!

Landa Library is another hidden gem in San Antonio. It is so beautiful! I love this location so much, I even had my own engagement session here! Landa Library is a public library near the Alamo Heights area. The building has beautiful pillars, manicured gardens, and big beautiful oak trees. When I have a couple looking for something more polished and classic, Landa Library is at the top of my list!
