Golden sunshine, a gorgeous countryside, and an awesome couple… sounds like a perfect engagement session to me!

Summertime sessions can be tough here in Texas, but Charisma and Nathan totally rocked it. We made our way to the location and found ourselves in the same spot as a senior rep shoot with about 12 girls, so we spent a little time making sure they weren’t in our shot and we weren’t in theirs, but it all worked out. It was hot and even the mosquitos were in full force, but that didn’t stop Nathan and Charisma from getting into some wildflowers for their engagement photos. They are one of those couples who put you in a great mood when you’re around them. You can just FEEL the joy coming from these two and Charisma’s contagious smile was so much fun to capture.

To top it off, at the end of our session, Charisma gave me a box of homemade cake balls. Oh. My. God. They were to die for. She makes them for events, so if anyone is looking for someone to make the best cake balls you’ve ever had, let me know and I’ll get you her info!
