I’m a twenty-something wedding photographer in Texas who photographs couples who are ready to celebrate their marriage. Building my business has been one hell of a ride, so grab a cup of coffee (or some wine - no judgement here) and join me for my life behind the lens.
Y’all, I am so excited to write this post!
Today, Andrew and I are taking the day off to travel to San Marcos.
Why?
Because my future sister-in-law, Elise, is graduating TODAY from Texas State University!
Elise will be receiving her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies – Early Childhood/Elementary Education. It won’t be long until Elise is in the classroom molding young minds and being an incredible mentor. Not only is this an amazing accomplishment on it’s own, but she’s also had two kiddos while on her eduction journey. She has worked so hard to get here, and she has been such a wonderful example for her little ones, Oliva and Gregory.
Oh, did I mention she’s graduating Summa Cum Laude?! WHAT?! I swear, she’s Wonder Woman.
Elise and the little ones made their way to Cibolo Nature Center for her photo session and my goodness, we couldn’t have asked for a better day! We had plenty of space for Oliva and Gregory to play while we focused on Mom’s portraits. Elise was feeling a little nervous since this was her first photo session, but I have no idea why – she completely nailed it! We had so much fun in the gorgeous fields and trees, and we even had some confetti to celebrate!
Elise, we are so proud of you! CONGRATULATIONS on your graduation! Here’s to new adventures!
