I’m a firm believer that God has a plan for each of us, and Erica & Danny‘s wedding at CW Hill Country Ranch was a big reminder of this truth.

I don’t know if Erica knows this, but my life completely changed when I met her…

When I met Erica 3 years ago, I had an entry level camera and a dream and nothing more than that. Erica introduced me to her cousin Ragan and his wife Sarah, who were very successful wedding photographers here in San Antonio. I didn’t know this at the time, but these two would later become my mentors and two of my closest friends. I remember the night I met Ragan and Sarah. I’m pretty sure my words were, “I’ll never be a wedding photographer”. *inserts foot in mouth*

Like I said, theres a plan far bigger than our own. 

So three years later, here I am photographing Erica and Danny’s wedding day. It was overwhelmingly special for me to be there to capture it. Erica was just stunning in her off-the-shoulder gown and not a single moment passed where Danny wasn’t admiring his beautiful bride. Their day was filled with laughter, happy tears, and special touches to honor those who were watching from heaven. It was perfect.

It was quite the full circle day for me, and I am so thankful that I could be a part of these beautiful memories. Erica and Danny – a million times, thank you. I am so grateful for you both.
