I’m a twenty-something wedding photographer in Texas who photographs couples who are ready to celebrate their marriage. Building my business has been one hell of a ride, so grab a cup of coffee (or some wine - no judgement here) and join me for my life behind the lens.
Sari and Jeremy’s wedding at the Witte Museum was one of the most special weddings I’ve ever photographed for numerous reasons. Jeremy, who I met when I first moved to San Antonio, is honestly the reason my whole photography journey started. We were at work one day and he sent me a link to a Groupon for a refurbished Nikon D3200. I bought it and fell in love with photography. Over two years later, here I sit in my office as a full time wedding photographer. This wedding was one of those “full-circle” moments for me. I am so excited to share their wedding photos with you!
These two had their first date at the Witte Museum in San Antonio and it made the perfect venue for their intimate wedding. Not only were they back where it all started, but they even chose to have their first look in the exact spot where they first met. Right before their first look, Sari asked me if she could surprise Jeremy by wearing a storm trooper helmet. Of course I said yes! I knew Jeremy loved Star Wars and that he would get a huge kick out of it. This is definitely my favorite first look I’ve ever photographed!
Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Sari and Jeremy tied the knot on a cloudy April afternoon. The festivities continued at La Fonda on Main where there was good music, great food, and excellent company. Jeremy and Sari, thank you for letting me be a small part of your day. It meant the world to me that you asked me to document it!
